Now, Honda is allegedly going to officially introduce the RC213 V-S as a production model next month.The question is, if the stories are true and the RC213V-S really is about to launch, how much of an impact the bike will really have?If Honda had introduced this bike back in 2012, when the rumours first started, there would have been no competition on the market. If it’s true, it’ll be a big day for Big Red’s fanboys, and lovers of speed in general.

It’s been rumoured for years.But, neither of those bikes have the advance billing of the RC213V-S &72V 1000W Electric Scooter8211; a “street-legal MotoGP bike.com claims Honda will unveil the RC213 V-S on June 11, around the time of the Catalunya MotoGP race.” If the bike really lives up to the hype about its performance, it could become the new piacle of motorcycle lust. Editor ‘Arris snapped shots of it at EICMA last # fall. Then, at the 2014 EICMA show, Editor ‘Arris saw the bike on display at the show.French website Moto-Station.. We’ve been following the story for some time; Costa interviewed Honda big shot Dave Hancock back in 2012, and he told us a bit about the bike.

The Kawasaki H2R gives jet fighter acceleration to riders who want to go a million miles per hour in a straight line, and the new 2015 Yamaha R1 and R1M bring a lot of MotoGP technology to the street at a price tag well under the six figures the RC213V-S is expected to command (allegedly, the RC213V-S will cost around $215,000 CAD). Of course, it also has the ride-by-wire throttle, meaning it has the standard set of electronic rider aids Ducati includes in its lineup.As predicted for some time, Ducati has released a more off-road friendly version of their Multistrada. he machine also gets coering lights, wheelie control, uphill start assistance, electronic cruise control and Bluetooth integration..Along with the new sneakers, the Multistrada Enduro also gets a new double-sided swingarm, semi-active Sachs suspension front and rear,  a new 30-litre tank offering over 450 km of fuel range, and a Bosch stability system (essential for things like coering ABS). Honda, KTM, Yamaha, BMW, and Triumph all have bikes in this market segment already (although Honda’s been out of the game a while, and is just retuing).It has the same 160-hp motor the previous Multi used.

There are also twin accessory plugs, always a boon on a touring bike.The Multistrada has long been seen Motorcycle Brake systems company as the most street-biased of the big-dollar Euro adventure bikes.Available accessories include things like a lower windshield, heated grips, Touratech aluminum paiers, and higher (890 mm) and lower (850 mm) seats.Ducati has also aounced the Pikes Peak version of the Multistrada is retuing to the lineup, with Termignoni exhaust, carbon-fibre bodywork, Ohlins forks and shock, and with the same Bosch stability system the Enduro gets. The new Multistrada Enduro does more than add wire wheels (19-inch up front, 17-inch in rear) and knobbies
